World Rugby strives to be a diverse and inclusive workplace, reflecting the global sport they want to be and where ALL can be themselves. World Rugby were looking to undertake a recruitment drive to tackle underrepresentation within the organisation by encouraging applications from women, those with disabilities, those who identify as LGBTQ+ and those who identify as Black, Asian or other non-White backgrounds. They were inspired to collaborate with level= to assist with enhancing their recruitment and retention objectives, with an inclusive talent attraction and acquisition process that aligns with their DE&I objectives.
