Formally a Non-Exec Director for Premier League Club Brentford FC, where was a board champion and lead for EDI, as well as the Chair of the EDI and Wellbeing sub-committee. She is also a board director for Women in Football, where she is Chair of the Professional Development Committee and a Board Clubs and Leagues Advisor for 1212, a Micro Learning App that educates academy athletes. In this time, she has worked with public organisations, blue-chip corporates, and education, to achieve board and operational excellence through advising on their member and trustee diversity, senior leadership and executive performance management process and metrics.
