Jamie has 12 years’ experience at the forefront of equality, diversity and inclusion best practice in the sport and physical activity sector, driving progress forwards from the community to the board room.

 

Jamie founded Inclusive Cultures in January 2021, an independent expert consultancy on equality, diversity and inclusion in sport. Our mission is to create a fully inclusive experience for everyone, with a principle focus on growing the diversity of people working and participating in sport.

 

Jamie is also a co-founder of the Include Summit - the UK's No.1 conference for equality, diversity and inclusion in sport. We have now delivered two flagship events and our mission is to get 1 million underprivileged and underrepresented young people taking part in sport.

 

Jamie is also a very proud Non-Exec Director and Advisory Board Member of a number of organisations in the UK and Internationally.
