Adam joined Activity Alliance as Chief Executive in January 2023, following 15 years at Sport England.

He has over 25 years' experience in the sport industry, much of which has been spent on creating open, accessible, and inclusive opportunities for disabled people in sport and activity.

His passion lies in creating meaningful and sustained change so that everyone can access opportunities to be active.

Adam has a strong focus on developing people and is a qualified coach and mentor.

Away from work, you will find him either playing and coaching football, or supporting one of his six children with their sporting activities.
