Phil’s experience spans nearly 30 years since studying at Norwich School of Art. He’s worked at some of the biggest global branding houses, and a number of the more boutique design and marketing agencies, on a diverse range of clients, including: BP, Barcleys, NatWest, Tesco and EY.
In his younger days, Phil was never without a ball at his feet and has always had a love for sport. He’s a keen runner, and plays tennis in the summer and squash during the winter months. He is also a season ticket holder at Vicarage Road, for his sins!
With two teenage daughters, Phil is passionate about equal opportunities for all, especially in recruitment, that can ofter hinder talented individuals through unconscious bias. This is why he believes the level= consciously inclusive approach is a game changer for the Sports and Leisure industry.
